DataBull is shareware program. This means:

5. DataBull is distributed "AS IS". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk. The author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software and/or any kind of data derived.

8. If at any time in the future Yahoo!Finance or any other stock quotes source used in DataBull stops to provide the data, DataBull will not be liable for the program stops to work. In such case DataBull will not refund your purchase neither.
9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove DataBull files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
