END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING LICENCE CAREFULLY!
1. License Agreement.
This End-User License Agreement ("License Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and UNGSoft Developers Group ("UNGSoft") as a group of individual developers - co-authors of the Replace Text in Many Files Software ("Software"). By installing, receiving, copying and otherwise using the Software, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.
2. Installation and use.
Replace Text in Many Files provided as "Shareware". It means that you can try this program for free but if you want to use it further - you should purchase the Registered Copy of the Software ("Registered Copy") and register this program in your system. UNGSoft grants you a license to evaluate this Software for the 15 days after you first install it. Unregistered program cannot be launched after this evaluation period. If evaluation period is expired the program will not work until you purchase and register the program. Registered copy owners can get free e-mail technical support and use the program without any limitations.
If you purchase one Registered Copy you may install, use, access, display and run the Registered Copy on a single computer or similar device ("Computer").
If you purchase multiple Registered Copies of the Software at once you may install, use, access, display and run the Registered Copy on a number of Computers corresponding to the quantity of purchased Registered Copies. You may not use the Software on a number of Computers more than the quantity of purchased Registered Copies.
If you purchase the Registered Copy with Personal and Home License you may install, use, access, display and run one Registered Copy of the Software only at home or personal Computer designed for mobile use like personal laptop or netbook. With Personal and Home License you are not allowed to use the Software in any commercial, revenue-generating, non-profit activities, or by any government organization.
If you purchase the Registered Copy with Professional License you may install, use, access, display and run the Software for any purposes in home, office and other places and in any types of organizations in accordance with the quantity of purchased Registered Copies.
If you purchase the Registered Copy with Site License you may install, use, access, display and run the Registered Copy of the Software only on computers located in certain place like one building, office complex, etc. Number of computers and allowed type of the organization in this case are not limited but you may not use the Registered Copy of the Software in other places.
You may not share or distribute the Registered Copy with any third parties.
When you purchase this Software, the Software License key or License code ("License key") is being issued to you. This License key can only be used by the individual (or entity) purchased it and should not be shared with the other individuals (or entities). Any distribution of the License key shall result in immediate and automatic termination of the rights granted in this License Agreement.
You may freely upgrade the Software to its new version if a new version of the Software available at UNGSoft website.
You are allowed to make one backup of the each Registered Copy, providing for the each Registered Copy you have only one copy of the Software installed on a single Computer being used by one person. Other users may not use this Registered Copy.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the Software, or any subset of the Software, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use or any other failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement shall result in immediate and automatic termination of the rights granted in this License Agreement and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
You cannot create any derivative works or other works that are based upon or derived from the Software in whole or in part.
All rights not specially granted in this License Agreement are reserved by UNGSoft.
3. Distribution.
You may redistribute only the Installation Package of this Software freely on web-servers, bulletin boards, or other electronic media and only if the Installation Package is distributed in their entirety without any modifications in whole or in part. The Software ot the Installation Package of this Software may not be distributed for a fee without the prior permission of UNGSoft Developers Group. You may not distribute any registration information, registration mechanisms, or License key used by the Software.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Responsibility.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED.
NO EVENT SHALL UNGSOFT DEVELOPERS GROUP (OR ANY UNGSOFT DEVELOPER) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE SOFTWARE, LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, BUSINESS, AND INJURIES CAUSED BY THE SOFTWARE).
5. Applicable law.
This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
