END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
By installing, or otherwise using this product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install, or use this product.
Use of the Downloader Add-in is contingent on your agreement to the following terms:
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Trend Engines grants you a license to use this software.
2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TREND ENGINE ADD-INS FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH RECIPIENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TREND ENGINE ADD-INS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF TREND ENGINE ADD-INS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
3. SCOPE OF GRANT
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble this software. TREND ENGINE ADD-INS shall retain title and all ownership rights to the Downloader Add-in.
4. COPYRIGHT
This software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
5. MAINTENANCE
TREND ENGINE ADD-INS is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates for the software. However, any maintenance or updates provided by TREND ENGINE ADD-INS shall be covered by this Agreement.
6. DISTRIBUTION
This software may NOT be distributed or modified.
