This end user license agreement (“EULA”) is an agreement between you (individual or single entity) and TheAlas.com, for TheAlas.com software (“SOFTWARE”) that is accompanying this EULA.

LICENCE GRANT – SHAREWARE VERSION
TheAlas.com grants you a non-exclusive license to test this software in shareware version and any associated documentation (“SHAREWARE”), as indicated.
YOU MAY:
1. Install and use the SHAREWARE version for 30 days after the installation
2. Copy and distribute freely the SHAREWARE version
YOU MAY NOT:
1. Use the SHAREWARE version after the period of 30 days after installation
2. Sell SHAREWARE (except for shipment and handling charges)
3. Cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, de-compilation or alteration of this SOFTWARE.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The SOFTWARE is supplied “AS IS”. TheAlas.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the SOFTWARE.
DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
TheAlas.com assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the SOFTWARE, even if TheAlas.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
