LICENSE AGREEMENT
This is a legal agreement between you and Tech-Pro Limited. You must agree to the terms and conditions described here, before you can use the software.
This agreement explains when and how you may use both Evaluation and purchased copies of software products from the Tech-Pro Limited. In this agreement:
"Program" means the Tech-Pro Limited software product known as Tech-Pro World Clock;
"Evaluation Copy" means a copy of the Program distributed by us or by our authorized agents for evaluation purposes;
"Purchased Copy" means a copy of the Program for which a license has been purchased from us or through a reseller or sales affiliate;
"License Key" refers to the license key that you receive when you purchase the Program;
"We" or "Us" means Tech-Pro Limited or its authorized agents or resellers;
"You" means the end user of the Program.
DISCLAIMER
Tech-Pro Limited or its authorized agents or resellers disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, oral or written, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You agree that Tech-Pro Limited or its authorized agents or resellers will in no event be liable for any incidental, consequential, or or other damages arising out of use of the Program. In no case will we ever be liable for more than the price you paid for the Program.
You agree to use a Evaluation Copy of the Program for evaluation only, for a maximum period of 14 days, for the sole purpose of determining whether the program meets your needs before purchasing it.
You agree not to install or use any individual License Key on more than one computer at a time. However, you may install an individual License Key on one computer at work, one computer at home, and one portable computer, IF (and ONLY if) all these computers are used primarily by you (or the person for whom the License Key has been purchased) and there is no possibility that the installed copies of the Program can be used simultaneously.
You agree not to publish or distribute the License Key by any means. If you do, your license to use the Program is automatically terminated, you must remove the Program from your computer(s), and you may be liable for legal damages.
COPYRIGHT NOTICE
This Program is Copyright 2001-2006 Tech-Pro Limited. It is protected under international law. You may not give away, sell, rent or lease copies of the Program, or of any purchased License Key. Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the software are prohibited. The use of License Keys other than those purchased from Tech-Pro Limited or its authorized agents or resellers is expressly forbidden.
