Before you use Forum Offline Explorer software, please read this agreement. You may use this software only as described in this license.
1. SOFTWARE
The capitalized term “Software” used below refers to Forum Offline Explorer, any updates to the software, any supplemental code provided to you by Taome Software, the user manual, any associated software components, any related media and printed materials, and any “online” or electronic documentation.
2. Copyright
The Software is confidential copyrighted information of Taome Software. You shall not modify, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract, or otherwise reverse engineer Software. The Software may not be leased, assigned, or sublicensed, in whole or in part. A single user licence may either be used by a single person who uses the Software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
3. Trademarks and logos
Windows is a registered trademark of Microsoft Corporation. All other trademarks and service marks are the property of their respective owners.
4. Disclaimer of warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS," without a warranty of any kind. ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.
5. Limitation of liability
TAOME SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY AS A RESULT OF USING OR DISTRIBUTING SOFTWARE. IN NO EVENT WILL TAOME SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, PROFIT OR DATA, OR FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF TAOME SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. Severability
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. IN NO EVENT WILL TAOME SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, EVEN IF TAOME SOFTWARE SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
7. Termination
The License will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
8. Governing law
Any action related to this License will be governed by Chinese law. No choice of law rules of any jurisdiction will apply.
