Evaluation and Registration
This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby
licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without
charge for a period of 30 days.

the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee at the

When payment is received you will be required to submit the
serial number that displays on the TATEMS registration screen
so that we can generate a registration key to allow you to continue using TATEMS
past the trial period.
Unregistered use of TATEMS(c) after the 30-day evaluation period
is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.
License Agreement
You should carefully read the following terms
and conditions before using this software.
Unless you have a different license agreement signed
by PCHelp, Ltd your use of this software indicates
your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
Registered Version
One registered copy of TATEMS(c) may be used
on one computer. Each workstation computer requires
it`s own license and if TATEMS is installed on
a Terminal Services or Citrix Server Computer then
each simultaneous user will need to have a separate license
license.
If installed on a Terminal Services or Citrix Server,
you can let as many users log in and use TATEMS one
at a time but not simultaneously. If you need
simultaneously access via remote access on one of
these servers, you need a special setup and will
be required to purchase a license for each user
that needs simultaneous access to TATEMS.
You may access the TATEMS(c) data file through a
network, provided that you have obtained individual
licenses for the software covering all workstations
that will access the data through the network. For
instance, if 8 different workstations will access
TATEMS(c) data on the network, each workstation must
have its own TATEMS(c) license, regardless of whether
they use TATEMS(c) at different times or
concurrently.
No registered user may alter or modify the TATEMS(c).
You cannot give anyone else permission to modify
the TATEMS(c).
Governing Law
The laws of the State of Nevada shall govern this agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT
WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER
WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Because of the various hardware and software
environments into which TATEMS(c) may be put,
NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
Good data processing procedure dictates that
any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data
before relying on it. The user must assume the entire
risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE
SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
