Trial Version
· ASP.NET BLOB & Thumbnail Controls ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT") is not
freeware. The trial version is fully functional, if you use the trial
version beyond your localhost, you would see an advertise line. If you
find this program useful and want to use it beyond its limit, you MUST
purchase a license or multiple developer licenses based on your usage
demand.
· You are hereby allowed to make any number of backup copies of the
trial version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and its documentation. You can give
a copy of the trial version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to anyone, provided
no extra fee is charged and the package files are not modified in any
way.
Full Version
In order to use this control beyond your testing environment (Localhost),
you must purchase a license for it. We provide license by developers.
Purchasing a License Key and applying that License Key on a trial version
Control will convert the same Control to a Full version. A Developer
license is granted per developer seat: one developer is allowed to work
with the product per license. Developer licenses have no run-time
limitations and allow the usage of the licensed controls in an UNLIMITED
number of custom web applications. You do not have to pay royalty for
distribution. Once you paid for developer license, you are all set for
life.
The controls can be installed on more than one machine as long as only
the licensed developer is using the product to develop web applications.
If you have more developers using this control in your team, you should
purchase licenses for every developer.
SpiceLogic Consulting & Technologies INC. hereby gives you a
non-exclusive single/multiple developer license(s) with royalty free
distributution of the software product (DLL). The License Key can be
distributed with your Web Application`s Web.Config file Only if your
distributed web application is a Commercial product developed by the
licensed developer. You are not permitted to share this license key in
any other way.
By purchasing a License for a single developer or multiple developers,
you are entitled to receive all major and minor updates that are released
for 1 year after your date of purchase without any additional cost.
You may not:
- permit other individuals to use the License Key.
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the
component Control.
- create and distribute wrapper components based on the Control which
ultimately becomes a conflict of interest with SpiceLogic Consulting &
Technologies INC.
- rent, lease, lend, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Control;
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Control.
TERMINATION:
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the
limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies
of the Software and Documentation.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Software is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind,
including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is
borne by you. Should the Software prove defective, you and not SpiceLogic
Consulting & Technologies INC. assume the entire cost of any service and
repair.

INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK
STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER
COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES
