1. GRANT OF LICENSE
In this license agreement ("License"), Security Online Services ("SOS") grants you,
the user/developer, the right to use one copy of the software entitled AntiSteg
("Anti-Steganography").
You may distribute it to others, provided that the Software is redistributed in it`s
original unmodified form, complete with all files, and no fee is charged for such
distribution except for reasonable media and shipping charges.
2. DISTRIBUTION
The user/developer does retain the right to sell or distribute an unlimited number of
end-user programs that contain or otherwise access the Software, so long as the primary
purpose of the included executables is to augment the programs being sold or distributed.
The user/developer may not distribute programs that utilize AntiSteg components if
those programs are part of a programming toolkit or other application which will be
redistributed or resold by the user/developer`s customers.
The user/developer agrees to include a valid copyright notice (issued prior by SOS)
on all programs distributed with SOS components, and agrees to indemnify,
hold harmless and defend the copyright holder against any claims or lawsuits,
including attorney`s fees, that arise from the distribution of the end-user programs.
The Software is free of royalty and/or subsequent licensing fees in accordance with
the above stated conditions.
3. COPYRIGHT
The Software is owned by SOS or its suppliers or licensors and is protected by copyright
laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Software like
any other copyrighted material, except that you may copy and redistribute the Software
in accordance with this License.
4. OTHER RESTRICTIONS
You may not rent, lease or loan the Software, but you may redistribute the Software
and accompanying written materials in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the
extent the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
5. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or
implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose. Should the Software prove defective, you assume the
cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. Some states do not allow
limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall SOS or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including,
with limitation, damages for loss of business profits,
business interruption, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability
of this SOS product, even if SOSt has been advised of such damages.
7. GOVERNMENT-RESTRICTED RIGHTS
The Software and accompanying documentation are deemed to be
"commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation",
respectively, pursuant to DFAR Section 227.7202 and FAR Section 12.212, as applicable.
Any use, modification, reproduction release, performance,
display or disclosure of the software and accompanying documentation by the
U.S. Government shall be governed solely by the terms of this Agreement
and shall be prohibited except to the extent expressly permitted by the terms of this
Agreement.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and SOS and supersedes any other
communications or advertising with respect to the Software and documentation.
If any provision of this License is held invalid, the remainder of this License
shall continue in full force and effect.
9. FINAL
The terms "AntiSteg", "Security Online Services", as well as all pertinent technologies
and concepts, are in their entirety properties of the Creator of the
software and its supporting documents. Using, bundling, modifing, and distributing any
of the aforementioned outside of the legal range of this license, requires
separate written permission by the author.
