License Agreement between Signus, Inc and the End User.
By using this Software, you are agreeing to the terms of this license.

(1) License

(a) LiP software is licensed, not sold. If Signus, Inc so requests the User will exchange the product produced by Signus, Inc for an updated version.

(b) LiP is hereby licensed for use on one computer only. Any other use is by special license only.

(2) Warranty

The Licensee acknowledges that Signus, Inc. makes no express, implied, or statutory warranty concerning the merchantability or performance of the Software. Under no circumstances will Signus, Inc. be responsible to the Licensee or any third party for damages, including lost profits, even if Signus, Inc. has been advised of the possiblity of such damages. The risk of using this Software is entirely assumed by the Licensee.

(3) Restrictions

The User may NOT modify, alter or change LiP in any way whatsoever. The User may not use LiP to create any derivative work. The User may not use the application code except with data supplied by Signus, Inc except by written permission from Signus, Inc. The User may not extract or use any part of LiP software or data. LiP software may not be reduced to human comprehensible form. It may not be
decompiled, reverse engineered, translated, or disassembled.

Distribution of the Software to any third party, without separate agreement with Signus, Inc., is prohibited.

(4) Export restrictions

The User agrees and certifies that neither LiP nor its documentation will be transferred, directly or indirectly, where such transfer is prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act. LiP will not be used in any manner which otherwise contravenes said Act.

(5) Termination

User may terminate license by destroying all copies of software and will terminate license by violating terms of license.

(6) Government End Users

LiP was developed at private expense. No part was developed with government funds. It is a trade secret. Its use and treatment are subject to Federal Acquisitions Regulations 52.227-7013. The license confers only "RESTRICTED RIGHTS."

(7) This agreement shall be construed in conformity with the laws of the state of California, USA.
