Licence Agreement
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by an authorized representative of Riverblade Limited, your use of this software indicates your full acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
Riverblade Limited, as Licencer, grants to you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive license to use this software program (hereinafter the "software") in accordance with the terms contained in this license.
There are four editions of Visual Lint: Free, Standard, Professional and Enterprise. By default, the software installs as Visual Lint Enterprise Edition, following you have a 30 day period in which to evaluate the software. Once this period elapses you must register it to continue using the features of the registered editions, or it will revert to the functionality of the Free Edition.
The Free Edition does not require registration and may be used free of charge for non-commercial use only, subject to a maximum of 3 users per location. For commercial use, a licence for a registered edition of the product is required.
Note that Visual Lint is licenced on a per user, rather than a per machine basis.
Copyright
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE, including but not limited to any images, texts, and sounds incorporated into the SOFTWARE, are owned by Riverblade Limited.
Redistribution
You may freely distribute the software, provided that:
(a) You only distribute the original Install program of the software.
(b) You DO NOT charge, or ask for donations, for this.
(c) You DO NOT distribute it with any other product, commercial or not, without prior written permission from Riverblade Limited.

THE SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. The liability of the vendor (Riverblade Limited) will be limited exclusively to product replacement.
