END USER LICENCE CONTRACT
PLEASE READ THIS LICENCE CAREFULLY BEFORE YUO USE THIS SOFTWARE
This software is the property of the company Profiler3d and is protected by copyright. The software is not sold but licensed for use.
International copyright and all other laws and regulations concerning intellectual property protect this software.
1. Grant of licence
With the reception, download and/or use of this Scannet Pro from Profiler3d Software,
you declare yourself in agreement with the following test version user contract. The contract is an obligatory legally binding agreement between Profiler3d and the user or tester of this software. According to the conditions of this contract Profiler3d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, with no authorisation to sub-licence, to use this software for evaluation purposes in accordance with this contract and any other eventually written agreement with Profiler3D.
Profiler3D does not transfer or transmit any ownership rights to this Software to the user; the authorised is not a purchase.lifelong updates warranty
2.User licens contract
For regular use in commercial-enterprises you need a registrated fullversion.In case you don`t know which part you belong to you can E-mail to:

The test version of this software may not be sent, transfered, sold, sold on, offered for sale or in any other way marketed.

3.Registration
lifelong updates warranty
Fill out the order form below and send it to us. We will then send you a bill without delay. As soon as the sum of $ 65 is credited to our account you will receive from us a full-version and confirmation of licences with a registration number. The registration is valid for all follow up versions. There will be no necessity to be re-register to receive updates: no further payment will be needed for this. The licensing charge of $65 is for the use of Scannet Pro on one workstation in a commercial environment.
Price reduced multi-licensing is available on enquiry use and marketing.
Use and marketing
The software test version Scannet Pro may be passed on to everybody, but it`s not allowed to charge any amount of money for this software test version. Such distribution may only consist of the original archive files supplied by Profiler3d. No files may be charged, removed or added. The software is not allured in any way.
Reverse development
The re-arranging of the software in any way (reverse dvelopment or disassembling) is not permitted, unless it is permitted by an applicable law in spite of this limitation. An attempt to re-arrange or manipulate this software in any way will be punished.
Termination of the contract
Profiler3d can terminate your LICENCE if you break the terms of this AGGREMENT In this case you are obligated to delete the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all copies of it. All other rights are reserved.
Limited liability
Profiler3D is not reponsible for any mistakes you make with this program, or the costs that don`t resultfrom this program. This requirement includes the responsibility for finacial liability including recommendation. In no way can Profiler3d or its employees, representations or restatement be made liable for damage of any kind. This includes resulting damage or any special damage resulting in additional damage claims (interruption of business) loss of information and data etc.
No liability for resulting dama?e
The software product is not suitable for use in systems with a high risk factor- for example:
- atomic establishments
- systems involving transport machines by land, water or air
- systems in a medical or diagnostic environment
- systems connected with production or process contract or in systems that as in an electrical network with the inforementioned systems.
