END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR `PortaWhiz Info Manage` SOFTWARE
IMPORTANT- READ CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE.
This is a legal agreement (the "Agreement") between you (either a private individual or a public or business representative) and PortaWhiz Ltd for the accompanying PortaWhiz software product, which includes computer software and any updates or upgrades ("Software").
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please do not download, install, copy or otherwise use the software and immediately delete any copy of it from all storage media.
GRANT OF LICENSE

The Software and accompanying documentation are being licensed to you, which means you have the right to use the Software only in accordance with this License Agreement. The Software is considered in use on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory or installed into permanent memory. This License may not be assigned or otherwise transferred without prior written consent from PortaWhiz, and any unauthorized transfer is null and void.
RESTRICTIONS.

You may not reduce the Software to human readable form, reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not rent, lease, or lend the Software.
LIMITED WARRANTY
------------------------------------
The PortaWhiz guarantees that, for a period of thirty (30) days following the date of installation, the Software will perform substantially the functions described in the documentation provided by PortaWhiz, provided that the medium on which the software is applied is appropriate to the requirements and free from defects under normal use. In the event the terms of this warranty are breached, PortaWhiz`s sole liability and your exclusive remedy will be either (i) a refund of the purchase price paid for the Software, or (ii) replacement of the Software. No warranty applies to Software that has been distributed by a 3rd party, or has been modified or adapted in violation with the license granted herewith. You assume responsibility for the selection of the Software to achieve your intended results and for the proper installation, use and results obtained from use of the Software. PortaWhiz does not guarantee that the Software will operate properly in connection with any of your systems. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement and all such warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PortaWhiz is not liable to you for any consequential, special, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind arising out of the delivery, performance, or use of the Software, even if PortaWhiz has been advised of the possibility of such damages. PortaWhiz liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of the Software, whether in contract, tort, or any other theory of liability will not exceed the greater of U.S. $1.00 or registration fee paid by you.
