LICENSE AGREEMENT

Notice to users: Carefully read the following legal agreement.
Use of the software provided with the agreement (the "SOFTWARE")
constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to
the terms of this agreement, do not install and use this SOFTWARE.
Pavel Dovgalyuk grants you a license to use one copy of the
fully-functional version of this SOFTWARE on your computers for as many
licenses as you purchase. "You" means the company, entity or individual
whose funds are used to pay the license fee. "Use" means storing, loading,
installing, executing or displaying the SOFTWARE. You may not modify
the SOFTWARE or disable any licensing or control features of the
SOFTWARE. One license allows using the software on two computers
(for example, a laptop and a desktop). You may use new versions of the
SOFTWARE for free within 12 months from the day of purchasing the license.
The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by Pavel Dovgalyuk. The title
and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property
of Pavel Dovgalyuk and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except
as expressly set forth in this license. You may not use, copy, rent, lease,
sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer
the SOFTWARE except as provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use
shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
Except for the express warranty above, the SOFTWARE is provided on an
"as is" basis, without any other warranties or conditions, expressed
or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantable
quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or those
arising by law, statute, usage of trade, or course of dealing. The
entire risk as to the results and performance of the SOFTWARE is
assumed by you. Neither we nor our dealers or suppliers will have any
liability to you or any other person or entity for any indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever, including,
but not limited to, loss of revenue or profit, lost or damaged data or
other commercial or economic loss, even if we have been advised of the
possibility of such damages, or they are foreseeable. We are also not
responsible for claims by any third party. Our maximum aggregate
liability to you and that of our dealers and suppliers will not exceed
the amount paid by you for the product.
