SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR BLOCKOUT
NOTICE TO USERS: CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL LICENSE AGREEMENT. USE OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT (THE "SOFTWARE" or "SOFTWARE PRODUCT") CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE. USER`S USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED UPON COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. THE BLOCKOUT IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE MAY NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. All copyrights to BLOCKOUT are exclusively owned by developer NovaGame, Inc.
1. BLOCKOUT DEMO
No registration or payment is required. Under this license you obtain the right to evaluate this SOFTWARE PRODUCT with limitations (Levels / Time / Etc). To use the full version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT you should register your copy. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the DEMO version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original DEMO version to anyone; and distribute the DEMO version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
If you want to distribute demo version of BLOCKOUT or as part of a hardware or software bundle, or on CD-ROM you must get signed written permission from NovaGame, Inc.
2. FULL VERSION
DEMO version is suggested to ensure that all the SOFTWARE PRODUCT functions are as advertised. By registering this SOFTWARE PRODUCT you certify that you are satisfied with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT features. All claims concerning your inability to use, or dissatisfaction with the features of, the SOFTWARE, except those related directly to the registration procedure proper, are to be laid before the purchase.
3. SOFTWARE INSTALLATION AND USE
You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer, including a workstation, terminal or other digital electronic device ("COMPUTER"). You may also use this SOFTWARE on a second computer, provided the SOFTWARE will not be in use on more than one computer simultaneously.
4. STORAGE/NETWORK USE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be installed, accessed, displayed, run, shared or used concurrently on or from different computers, including a workstation, terminal or other digital electronic device ("Devices").
5. BACK-UP COPY
You may create a single back-up copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for archival purposes. You may use it in the case if the original SOFTWARE PRODUCT was damaged due to hardware or software failure.
6. REVERSE ENGINEERING
You agree that you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in whole or in part. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
7. COPYRIGHT
All title and intellectual property rights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any source and executable code, images, data, animations, video, audio, text and "applets," incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT ), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT , are owned by the NOVAGAME or its suppliers. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties.
