Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Next2Heaven, using this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.
This is a legally binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you (a couple) and Next2Heaven, for the software product called Play Intimate (the "Software") that is accompanying this Agreement.
This is not free software. This Software is owned by Next2Heaven and is protected by copyright law and international treaties. The Software is licensed to you, not sold.
Your acceptance of this Agreement provides you with the following rights:
• You may install and use any number of copies of the Software for as long as you like, without charge, as long as you (and your partner) are the only users of the product.
• You are encouraged to copy and distribute the Software`s original setup file (the "Distribution") as provided by Next2Heaven, unmodified and in its entirety.
• Any other use of the Software is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, selling, sublicensing, renting, leasing, modifying, and translating the Software.
The Software is supplied "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Next2Heaven disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Next2Heaven shall not be liable to any party for any damages, including direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, punitive, special, or incidental damages, which may result from the use of the Software, even if Next2Heaven has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Software. In no event will Next2Heaven be liable for any amount greater than what you actually paid for the software’s license.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all your copies of the Software. This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Next2Heaven if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all your copies of the Software.
