distributed and copyright protected worldwide by NetcPlus Internet Solutions,Inc.
By installing these packages, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
This is a legal agreement between you, the User, and the Owners and Authors of this software package.
By opening the software packet, and/or installing the software on any computer system, you agree to
be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must
NOT install this software, and you must either promptly return all software files, documentation and any
packaging to the Authors/Owners at your own expense and/or delete the installation program from your
computer.
NetcPlus distribute this software package in various combinations and formats from time to time as one
or more ZIP or installable EXE files containing the applications themselves and their supporting files and
documentation.
If you wish, you may distribute this package providing it is distributed in it`s entirety and remains
unchanged from our distribution file. This includes the electronic file(s), electronic and/or printed
Documentation, and all and any other items and files as may from time to time be a part of any of
the software packages distributed publically by any means by NetcPlus.
If you wish to perform any form of commercial distribution, even by giving it to your customers at
no charge, we are happy to allow this, but ask that you notify Netcplus of this distribution before
doing so.
No file(s) or any other part of the package as distributed by NetcPlus may be included with or
used as a subsidiary or other part of any other product to form a part or whole of any other
whole or part software package or other product of any type without the written permission of
NetcPlus Internet Solutions,Inc.
NetcPlus are happy to negotiate with third parties to allow distribution of this software, but this must
be agreed in writing before any form of distribution takes place.
Unless otherwise provided for by a formal site licence or other form of multiple installation licence,
you may install and use one copy of the software on no more than one computer at any one time.
If you have multiple licences for the software then you may use as many copies at any one time as
you have licences. "Use" means loaded in temporary memory or permanent storage on the computer.
Installation on a network server solely for use to facilitate centralised software installation to network
client computers is not "use", always provided that you have licences for each client computer on
which the software is installed therefrom. If physical users will exceed the number of licences, you
must have a reasonable process to assure that the number of persons using the software
concurrently does not exceed the number of licences.
This software is protected by Worldwide Copyrights and by worldwide Treaties and Laws. You may
make one copy of the software solely for backup or archival purposes or transfer it to a single hard
disk provided that you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not rent or
lease the software or copy any written or electronic materials accompanying the software, but you
may transfer the software and all accompanying materials on a permanent basis, if you retain no
copies, and the recipient agrees to the terms hereof. Any transfer must include the most recent
update and all prior versions. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software.
You may not loan lease or transfer the software except under the terms of this agreement.
If at any time Authors or Owners or their Agents have reason to believe that any software is being
used in violation of any part of this licence, they reserve the right to withdraw their permission
(without notice) for any further use of the software. Any such withdrawal and any actions required
by you to re-establish permission to use the software will be solely your responsibility and wholly at
your own cost.
The responsibility is solely yours to test the software as shipped or downloaded during the provided
evaluation period to ensure that it works correctly in your particular environment, and that it performs
the tasks you expect and want correctly. If you subsequently register the package(s) you will be
deemed to have done all of the above and agree to these terms in full.
Because these software packages are provided as full access, 30 day evaluation systems which
allow you sufficient time to test it`s functionality in your own time and on your own computers and/or
networks before registering and paying the authors and publishers for it, No claim for full or partial
refunds of the registration fee will be accepted for whatsoever reason. This includes any
chargeback on any credit card that may have been used to register the software.
We do not warrant that the functions of the software will meet with your requirements or that the
operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error free. You assume the full responsibility for
selecting the software to achieve your intended results, and for the subsequent use and the results
obtained from the software.
The Authors and Owners and their Agents disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including
but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, for the
software and all accompanying materials. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights.
You may have others, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
In no event shall the Authors or Owners or their Agents be liable for any purchase cost refund or
any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits,
business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. Because some
jurisdictions do not allow an exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages,
the above limitation may not apply to you.
