By installing or using Nessy Learning Programme Demo, hereafter referred to as "the Software", you are consenting to be bound by and are becoming a party to this agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this agreement you must not install or use this software.

Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software are and will remain the sole property of Net Educational Systems (Nessy) Limited, hereafter referred to as "Nessy". DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You agree that Nessy has made no express warranties to you regarding the software and that the software is being provided to you "as is" and "with all faults" without warranty of any kind. Nessy disclaims all warranties with regard to the software, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, merchantable quality or noninfringement of third party rights.
