The software MoneyBrio and associated on-line documentation are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and the Author. By installing, copying, or otherwise using MoneyBrio, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, then do not install or use MoneyBrio.
1. Grant of License

The software MoneyBrio is not sold. The Author grants you a non-exclusive license to use the software MoneyBrio for the term of this EULA. Ownership and intellectual property rights remain exclusively in the Author. The Author reserves all rights not specifically granted in this EULA. You may use the software MoneyBrio without charge on an evaluation basis. You must pay the license fee and register your copy if you wish to continue to use the software MoneyBrio. After you have purchased the license for the software MoneyBrio, you are licensed to copy the software MoneyBrio for your exclusive use on as many computers as you wish. Under no circumstances may the software MoneyBrio be operated at the same time on more than the number of computers for which you have paid a separate license fee. You may terminate this license at any time by destroying all copies of the software MoneyBrio in your possession. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA provided you transfer all copies of the software MoneyBrio and retain none and the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA. You may not publish or publicly distribute any end-user-specific registration information that would allow a third party to activate the software MoneyBrio without a valid license.

The software MoneyBrio and associated on-line documentation are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. You acknowledge that ownership and intellectual property in the software MoneyBrio is NOT transferred to you. You further acknowledge that you will not acquire any rights to the software MoneyBrio except as expressly granted in this license.
3. Distribution of MoneyBrio

You may copy and distribute the setup executable file installing the software MoneyBrio as you wish, provided you do NOT charge any fee or request any donation for such copy, except a distribution fee that is reasonably related to any cost you incur distributing the software MoneyBrio (e.g. packaging). You are NOT allowed to copy or distribute the setup executable file installing MoneyBrio for resale, rental, or any other commercial use without prior written permission of the Author. You must not represent in any way that you are selling the software MoneyBrio itself. Your distribution of the software MoneyBrio will not entitle you to any compensation from the Author.
4. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software MoneyBrio, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
5. No Warranties

The Author expressly disclaims any warranty for the software MoneyBrio. The software MoneyBrio is provided “AS IS”, without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of suitability, fitness and merchantability for any particular purpose. The Author does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information contained within the software MoneyBrio.
6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Author or its suppliers be liable for any consequential, special, incidental or indirect damages of any kind (including, without limitation, business interruption, loss of business profits and informations, loss of privacy and disclosure of confidential informations, or any pecuniary loss) arising out of the delivery, performance or use of the software MoneyBrio, even if the Author or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages. By using the software MoneyBrio, you assume all risk and acknowledge that the software MoneyBrio may have defects and deficiencies.
7. Termination

Without prejudice to any other rights, The Author may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the software MoneyBrio in your possession.
9. Entire Agreement
------------------------
This is the entire agreement between you and The Author which supersedes any prior agreement or understanding, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this license.
