Hesron Solutions software End-User License Agreement
Important - read carefully: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Hesron Solutions. Please read through the terms of this agreement before using this software product. By installing and using this software product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA, you may not use this software product.
1. Ownership Rights
This software product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The software product is licensed, not sold.
2. License Grant
As far as you have legally obtained this software product, this EULA entitles you to:
a) install the software product on a single computer. A license for the software product can not be shared or used on multiple computers at the same time.
b) make a copy in binary format for archival purposes.
c) permanently transfer the software product to another user. This transfer must include all copies of the software product and its documentation. The transferee of this transfer must agree to comply with the terms of this EULA.
3. Limitations
a) This software product must be kept in its original form. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any parts of the software product.
b) You may not rent or loan this software product or any of its components.
4. Warranty and Disclaimer
Hesron Solutions warrants that, for thirty days from the date of original purchase, the media on which the Software is contained will be free from defects in material or workmanship. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hesron Solutions and its suppliers disclaim all other warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Hesron Solutions makes no warranty that the software product will be error-free or free from interruptions or other failures or that the software product will meet your requirements. You may have other legal rights over this limited warranty, which vary from state/jurisdiction to state/jurisdiction.
5. Rights of Third Parties
This product is protected by international copyright laws and treaties. All mentioned trademarks are the property of the respective owners.
6. General Terms
a) This agreement supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between you and Hesron Solutions relating to this software product.
b) If you should infringe any regulations of this contract, your right to use this software product terminates and all copies of the software product must be destroyed.
