METADEFENDER.COM END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR Metadefender Lite
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is applicable to the Metadefender Lite product.
Read the terms and conditions of this End-User License Agreement ("EULA") before installing, copying, or otherwise using Metadefender Lite.
1. DEMO OR EVALUATION VERSION
You are allowed to use the Evaluation version of Metadefender Lite for a period of 15 days for testing and evaluation only. You are allowed to freely copy and redistribute the package provided that no changes or additions of any kind are made and all demo programs are included.
You may not redistribute executables, which use the runtime component of Metadefender Lite.
2. LICENSED VERSION
A license, purchased from metadefender.com or an authorized reseller, allows you to use Metadefender Lite in your development environment and grants you royalty-free distribution rights for executables, which use the runtime component of Metadefender Lite.
The license does not allow you to redistribute any other file of the Metadefender Lite package other than the executable itself.
One license allows you to use Metadefender Lite for development purposes on a single computer only. You must purchase a multiple-user license in order to be able to perform development and use the design time components on multiple computers.
You may only copy the software to realize your right to use on as many computers as you purchased a license for. You are strictly prohibited from making any other copies of the software.
All developers working on the project, which uses Metadefender Lite must purchase a license for Metadefender Lite even if they are not working with Metadefender Lite directly.
You agree that you will not use Metadefender Lite to develop a product, which provides any development capability (including a developer toolkit product), or which is directly competitive with Metadefender Lite.
For the purposes of this license, development capability is defined as allowing the users the ability to (i) redistribute the .DLL file(s), (ii) to modify software, (iii) to generate executables files linked to the .DLL file(s), (iv) to modify the executable linked to the .DLL file(s) or (iv) to develop software, which utilizes the redistributables.

This software is provided as is. Metadefender.com disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, regarding this software including their merchantability or fitness for a particular puprose.
The entire liability of Metadefender.com shall be limited to the amount equal to the purchase price. Under no circumstances Metadefender.com or the authors of this product shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damages nor damages in excess of the purchase price.
