HTTP PROXY SCANNER LICENSE AGREEMENT

HTTP Proxy Scanner is distributed as "freeware". This means there
is no charge for the program, no need to register for using the
program and there is no nagging, or hidden spying. While HTTP
Proxy Scanner is Freeware, it is not in the public domain. This
means Maxidix s.r.o. holds the copyright and there is a
straightforward, common sense license associated with using the
software.
You are granted the right to use and to make an unlimited number of
copies of the freeware version of this software. You may not
disassemble, decompose, reverse engineer, or alter any of the files
in the package.
This software may not be commercially distributed, licensed, resold,
or otherwise transferred for any consideration, or reproduced for
any such commercial purposes. This software is provided to the user
"as is", and you, its user, assume all risks when using it.
Maxidix s.r.o. does not make any warranties, either expressed or
implied with respect to the HTTP Proxy Scanner software and/or any
associated materials provided with it, including but not limited to,
any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
and against infringement.
Maxidix s.r.o. shall not be liable for any claims or damages
whatsoever, including property damage, personal injury, intellectual

This license agreement and all matters arising out or relating to
this agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance
with Czech law. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Czech Republic.
