License for use and distribution
The LinkyCat is distributed as try before you buy. This means:
1. All copyrights to LinkyCat are exclusively owned by LinkyCat.com.
2. You can use LinkyCat unregistered version frees, without any time limitation, but in this case some functions will be unavailable. If you want to use these functions you MUST register.
3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use LinkyCat on multiple computers, provided he will only use it on one of them at any given time, for any legal purpose. The registered LinkyCat software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, in it`s entirety, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
4. The LinkyCat unregistered version may be freely distributed only if it is subject to the following conditions:
a) The distribution package is not modified;
b) No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of LinkyCat without a written permission from the copyright holder, except to recover the media costs;
c) The LinkyCat may be bundled or distributed together with any other products or packages, but the same conditions apply;
d) Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distribution.

6. THE LINKYCAT IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES AND LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
7. There are no additional license fees, apart from the cost of registration, associated with the creation and distribution of LinkyCat’s links collections (LCC). Legally registered owners may use their copies of LinkyCat to produce links collections (LCC) free of any additional LinkyCat royalties.
8. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

9. Installing and using LinkyCat signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
10. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove LinkyCat files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
