Grant of License: Subject to the payment of any applicable fees, Lakestone, Inc., grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the DayBook-Desktop software (the Software).
Term: This Agreement is in effect as long as you possess a copy of Software. Destroying all copies of the Software in your possession terminates the agreement.
Fair Usage: You may install the Software an unlimited number times on an unlimited number of computers -- as long as the Software is used exclusively by you.
Updates: Registered users are entitled to any revisions or updates that are released by Lakestone for the Software. At its discretion, Lakestone reserves the right to charge upgrade fees for new releases that contain significant enhancements or changes.
Ownership Rights: The Software is protected by copyright. You, as a user of the Software, have no ownership rights in the source code or other intellectual property contained in the Software.
Resale or Transfer: You can not resell, transfer or rent the Software (in whole or in part). You can not resell or transfer your license rights.
Limited Warranty: Lakestone will refund the price you paid to register the Software if you are dissatisfied.
Warranty Disclaimer: Except as specified in the Limited Warranty above, the Software is provided As Is. Lakestone makes no claims that the Software is suitable or usable for any purpose. Liability is strictly limited to the registration fee paid for the Software.
