End-User License Agreement for Small Syslog Server
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Sergei Kurkov ("The Author") grants a personal, nonexclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to use the Small Syslog Server software ("Software") on one computer. For the purposes of this agreement, a "licensee" shall be considered an original purchaser who has paid the registration fee.
Copying Prohibited

Unauthorized copying of the Software, including software that has been modified, merged or included with the Software, or the written materials associated therewith is expressly forbidden.
Reverse Engineering Prohibited

Unauthorized reverse engineering of the Software, whether for educational, fair use, or other reason is expressly forbidden. For the purposes of this license the term "reverse engineering" shall apply to any and all information obtained by such methods as decompiling, decrypting, trial and error, or activity logging.
Sub Licensing

Licensee may not sublicense, assign, or transfer this license or the Software. Any attempt to sublicense, assign or transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations under this license is void.
Termination of License

The Author reserves the right to terminate this license at any time for any reason without prior notice to the user.
Limited Warranty and Remedies

The Program is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall The Author be liable to you for any damages arising out of the use of the program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
