END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR K2 RESEARCH TEAM SOFTWARE
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and K2 Research Team for the K2 Research Team software that accompanies this EULA, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, "online" or electronic documentation, and Internet-based services ("Software"). An amendment or addendum to this EULA may accompany the software.
GRANT OF LICENSE. K2 Research Team grants you the following rights provided that you comply with all terms and conditions of this EULA:
INSTALLATION AND USE. You have the right to install and use as many copies of the software, as provided for purchased license
COPYRIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP
K2 Research Team reserves all rights not expressly granted to you to the end user license agreement. The Software is protected by laws and international agreements on copyright and other intellectual property rights. Ownership, copyright and other intellectual property rights in respect of software owned by K2 Research Team. This End User License Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks and service marks K2 Research Team.
RESTRICTION ON REVERSE ENGINEERING AND DECOMPILATION.
You may not decompile or reverse technology program except and only to the extent that, when such actions are explicitly permitted by applicable law, despite the existence of the license agreement of the restrictions.
A PROHIBITION ON THE LOAN AND COMMERCIAL USE
You may not provide a program of rent, for rent, for temporary use, and use third parties to provide network services on a commercial basis.
GRANT OF LICENSE TO DOCUMENTATION.
The documentation accompanying the software is licensed only for noncommercial use.
LINKS TO WEB SITES OF THIRD PERSONS
K2 Research Team is not responsible for the content of Web sites or services of third parties for any references to web sites of third parties, as well as for changes or updates to web-sites and services of third parties. K2 Research Team provides the possibility of publishing collections of sites that contain links to websites of third parties only for your convenience and inclusion of a link or access does not imply endorsement by K2 Research Team particular Web site or the service of another person.
UPDATE
To update, you must have a licensed copy of software. Features licensing updates (if provided) are set out in the documentation for the update.
WARRANTY AND SUPPORT
The software is designed and offered as a general-purpose software. This software is provided «as is». You agree that no software is not free of errors. Any services of technical support provided by K2 Research Team, will be largely as described in the relevant written materials provided to you K2 Research Team, and engineers for technical support K2 Research Team will make every reasonable effort, to exercise reasonable care and applying skills to resolving problematic issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, K2 Research Team refuses to provide any warranties or other terms as explicit or implied (by law, common law, by virtue of a separate contract or otherwise), including the implied warranties suitability for sale and applicability for a particular purpose, with respect to the software and written materials accompanying the software. Effects of any implied warranties that can not be excluded, restricted to the longest of the following periods: 30 days or the lowest term allowed by applicable law.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT; SEVERABILITY
This EULA (including any addendum or amendment to this EULA which is included with the Software) is the entire agreement between you and K2 Research Team relating to the Software and the support services (if any) and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals and representations with respect to the Software or any other subject matter covered by this EULA. To the extent the terms of any K2 Research Team policies or programs for support services conflict with the terms of this EULA, the terms of this EULA shall control. If any provision of this EULA is held to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
DISCLAIMER
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and except as provided guarantee K2 Research Team, K2 Research Team and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages and / or losses (including losses due to lost business profit, interruption of commercial or industrial activities, loss of business information and other property damage) arising from the use or inability to use the software, even if K2 Research Team was notified of the possibility of such damages and / or damage. In any event, K2 Research Team responsible for any of the provisions of this license agreement with the end user is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product. These restrictions do not apply to the types of liability that can not be excluded or limited under applicable law.
