OWNERSHIP. The BrainsBreaker program, associated files and documentation (The Software) are owned by Juan Trujillo Tarradas. The Software is licensed and not sold.
GRANT OF LICENSE. You may use The Software under a non-exclusive license subject to the following terms and conditions.
- You may install and use the Unregistered Software on any number of computers at any one time.
- When you register the Software, you will receive a personal Registration Code that will enable you to transform the Unregistered version of the Software into the Registered Version. Registered users may install the Registered Version on any computer, provided the Registered Software is in use on only one computer at any time.
- You may not use any Registration Code for the Software that has not been purchased from Juan Trujillo Tarradas or an authorized representative of Juan Trujillo Tarradas.
- You may not distribute nor transfer any Registration Code that converts the Unregistered Software into the Registered version.

GIFT PUZZLES. The software allows the creation of single "gift puzzles". You can give these puzzles freely to whomever you want under the following terms:
- You must be the owner of the images you use to create the puzzles or the images must be royalty free.
- You may not alter in any way the files of the packed puzzles that the program produces.
- You may not sell the resulting puzzles.
- You may not use the resulting puzzles for any illegal activity.
- Juan Trujillo Tarradas, its partners, contractors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims or damages caused for the use or distribution of the gift puzzles
