This program is marketed as Shareware, which means you may test and evaluate it
free of charge for a period of 30 days. After this evaluation period you have
either to order a user license for a very modest charge, or you must remove it
from your hard disk(s) and destroy all copies. Using the unlicensed version of
Pad after this period is illegal and violates international Copyright laws.
If you want to pass the unregistered Shareware version of Pad to friends or
relatives, please use the complete package in its original distributed form, as
available from our web site. None of the included files may be decompiled or in
any way altered. Clip libraries and Templates may be edited for personal use or
to share it with others on our web site. You may not sell or lend any version
of this program, registered or otherwise. You may sell a Shareware CD that
includes the Shareware version of Pad, after contacting the author for

(useful) applications in addition to Pad.
