IN NO EVENT SHALL H&M SYSTEMS SOFTWARE, INC. BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS RESULTING FROM USE OR POSSESSION OF THIS PRODUCT.
H&M System Software, Inc.`s cumulative liability to you or any other party for any loss or damages resulting from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or relating to the use or possession of this product shall not exceed the license fee paid to H&M Systems Software, Inc. for the use of this product.
