Click-to-list Shopping List software is intended for personal use on a single computer.
Care has been taken in the production of this software to ensure that it meets with all known standards and practices. In addition it has been tested on Microsoft operating systems, and on computers with varying configurations. All reasonable steps have been taken to ensure that this software does not contain any computer viruses or malware.
We can, however, make no guarantee that this software will run as intended on every computer,
THE USER SHOULD ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE A BACK-UP COPY OF ALL ESSENTIAL SOFTWARE AND DATA BEFORE INSTALLING ANY NEW SOFTWARE.
THEY SHOULD ALSO ENSURE THAT THEIR COMPUTER HAS PROTECTION FROM ANY COMPUTER VIRUSES OR MALWARE.
This software is offered on a “try before you buy” basis, and we do urge our customers to be totally satisfied with the operation of this software before purchasing a registration key.
Under these circumstances we do not normally offer any refunds. Only in exceptional circumstances will a refund be considered, and this will be entirely at our discretion.
Registration of this software entitles the purchaser to a product key. Entering the product key as instructed on the splash screen of the trial version will provide use of this software for an unlimited period. The product registration key needs only to be entered once, except where the software has been uninstalled, and then reinstalled. If the software is re-installed then the product key may need to be entered again.
THE USER SHOULD KEEP A RECORD OF THE PRODUCT REGISTRATION KEY.
THE PRODUCT REGISTRATION KEY IS RESTRICTED IN USE. IT WILL ONLY ALLOW UNRESTRICTED USE OF THIS SOFTWARE ON THE COMPUTER THAT THE SOFTWARE WAS ORIGINALLY INSTALLED.
OWNERSHIP OF THIS SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH THE VENDOR..
Copies of the software may be taken for the personal use as back-up by the user.
Within reason we offer support to registered users of this software. This support will only relate specifically to the use of this software, and will be for a limited period of 12 months from the date that the product was registered..
NO WARRANTY IS GIVEN WITH THIS SOFTWARE OTHER THAN THAT WHICH IS REQUIRED BY THE LAW APPLICABLE IN THE COUNTRY IN WHICH THE SOFTWARE IS USED.
