This document is a license agreement between you (either an individual or a legal entity - hereinafter referred to as the User) and the authors and owners of the software - FC Soft developers, Mr. Michael Zarubin and Mr. Kirill Bugaev. This license agreement is only valid for this version of the product and should be modified in the next version. By installing, copying or howsoever using the software, the User accepts the terms and conditions of this agreement.
The software - Files Cipher - is distributed as shareware. The User may use the program within the 30-day trial period, after which the program must be registered. The User must stop using the software if it is not registered after or before the trial period expires, otherwise the User violates the copyright law.
A User of unregistered software may:
- Use the program within the trial period
- Distribute a single copy of the software for free without any modifications
A User of registered software may:
- Use the software until the license agreement is terminated
- Distribute a single copy of the software for free without any modifications
- Receive technical support and free updates for version 2.x
- Use several registered copies of the software simultaneously, without allowing other individuals or legal entities to use the software
The User is forbidden to:
- Modify the code of the software, including all integrated messages and files
- Disassemble or decompile the software
- Use the unregistered software after the trial period expires
- Transfer and distribute a registered copy of the software
- Use or distribute separate parts of the software
- Distribute the software together with cracking software or registration keys
- Use the registration key obtained from unauthorized dealers or authors
