By installing, copying, downloading, using, sending or otherwise using our SOFTWARE PRODUCT
YOU AGREE TO BE
BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT BY
INSTALLING, COPYING, SENDING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

1. INSTALLATION AND USE: You may display, install, access, use, and run one copy of the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer.
2. USE OF THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT OVER AN NETWORK requires separate activation /
license/ for each user / computer.

3.You can activate the Product through the use of the Internet or via E-mail. In the future with

4.NETWORK USE: You may also store a copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a storage
device, such as a network

however, you must acquire and dedicate an additional license for each computer on or from which
the Product is installed, used, accessed, displayed or run. The license may not be shared or used
on different computers.
5. LIMITATION ON DECOMPILATION,, DISASSEMBLY AND REVERSE ENGINEERING. You
may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT !
6. TERMINATION : Any unauthorized use shall result in immediate termination of this license. In
which case you must destroy all
copies of the Product and all of its component parts.
7. You agree that we and our affiliates may collect and use technical information gathered in any
manner as part of the product installation, activation and support. We may use this information
solely to activate the software and support.
8. Our SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be transferred, resold or used for any purpose other than
test, demonstration, or evaluation.
9. You agree to comply with all applicable international and national laws that apply to the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
10. LABILITY:
We keep our software products as bug and error free as possible. We cannot guarantee that the
product will run correctly in every environment, on every machine or working together with any
other application/ software, without producing errors or other data loosing. Any lability for direct or
indirect damage of any sort is hereby denied.
You should detect errors before activation/registration and you accept any errors after
activation/registration. We cannot guarantee that the errors can be corrected.
You should try our free /demo/ versions or other limited free versions before buy the product.
11. LIMITED WARRANTY
THE PERIOD OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY (3 DAYS).
AS TO ANY DEFECTS DISCOVERED AFTER THE (3) DAY PERIOD, THERE IS NO
WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO DOWNLOAD virus-free copy of the product if use internet!
The fee are refundable only if the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is received by post onto physical
storage /Hard drive, DVD DISC, CD-ROM, FLASH MEMORY DRIVE/ and the fee will reduced
