The Software licensed under this agreement is the computer program Puzzletron 3.0
TYPE OF LICENCE
This Software is Shareware.
NON-REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE.
You may use and evaluate for free this Software for a limited time and number of executions. After this evaluation period the Software will self-lock and you must register your copy of the Software in order to be able to use most of its capabilities.
You may distribute copies of the non-registered version of the Software freely to other users, provided that any copy must contain the original, unaltered files and it is distributed in its original installation package. This can be done through web pages, FTP servers, CD-ROMS or by any other means.
You have the ability to register your copy of the Software at any time by purchasing a registration code. This will convert your copy of the Software into the registered version, and the Registered Version License below will then apply.
REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE.
When you register the Software, you will receive a personal registration code that will enable you to unlock the non-registered version of the Software into the full registered version. You agree not to distribute your registration code to others and to keep your registration code confidential. As well you may not distribute the registered version of the Software.
REGISTRATION
The payment process is conducted by the company Kagi. Kagi on behalf of Diego Fraga Agudo is responsible for the distribution of the registration codes.
COPYRIGHT.
The copyright is owned by Diego Fraga Agudo. You must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material, except that you may make copies of the non-registered version of the Software to give to other persons under the terms of this Agreement. You may not distribute copies of any registration code or registered copy of the Software to other users.
You may not modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer this Software including its installation program all its files.
DISTRIBUTION.
Diego Fraga Agudo allows and encourages all web sites, on-line services, shareware disk vendors, CD-ROM vendors, bulletin board systems, and end-users to distribute free of charge the non-registered version of this Software. This must be done in its original installation package.
