END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (LICENSE AGREEMENT) IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL OR A SINGLE ENTITY) AND DANANG PROBO SAYEKTI. THE PRODUCTS IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT INCLUDE COMPUTER APPLICATION SOFTWARE, PRINTED MATERIALS, AND ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS (THE PRODUCT). BY INSTALLING OR USING THE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND ALL TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT LIST BY DANANG PROBO SAYEKTI. PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE PRODUCT, IF YOU DO NOT AGREE ANY TERM OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT AS FOLLOW.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT:
==============
Object of this agreement is the Danet Studio software suite (The Product), and this Danet Studio software suite are: Danet Launcher, Danet Creator, Danet Player, Danet Viewer, Danet Reader, Danet Puzzle, Danet Merger and Danet Library.
TERM OF LICENSE AGREEMENT:
====================
(1) The free version can be freely used for any personal non-commercial purposes.
(2) The free version MUST NOT be used for, or in relation with, any commercial or business purpose, whether "for profit" or "not for profit". Any work performed or produced as a result of use of this Software cannot be performed or produced for the benefit of other parties for a fee, compensation or any other reimbursement or remuneration.
(3) The Product may not be multiplied, processed or disseminated in any way without the written permit of Danang Probo Sayekti. People violating any term of this License Agreement will be prosecuted in every case. This applies to free version as well.
(4) The use of The Product is done at the users`s own risk. The developer have no responsibility for any damage, either direct or indirect consequence of the use of The Product. This applies to free version as well.
(5) All copyrights to Danet Studio are exclusively owned by the author – Danang Probo Sayekti.
COMPUTER APPLICATION SOFTWARE LICENSE:
=============================
The Computer Application Software (The Product) is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Users are allowed to use the Computer Application Software as follow:
(1) Users may install and use one copy of The Product on a single computer.
(2) Users may install or store a copy of The Product on a storage device, such as a network server, used only to install or run The Product on users`s other computers over an internal network; however, users have to acquire a license for each separate computer on which The Product is installed or run from the storage device.
(3) A license of The Product may not be shared or used on different computers at the same time. If users obtain The Product or License Agreement with a hardware device, users are granted to use The Product as a part of the Hardware and Software package according to this License Agreement.
LIMITATIONS:
=========
(1) No Modifications. You may not modify, adapt or translate The Product. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of The Product except to the extent you may be expressly permitted under applicable law to decompile only in order to achieve interoperability with The Product. This applies to free version as well.
(2) The Product is licensed as a single product. Its component parts cannot be separated for use on more than one computer.
(3) Users cannot rent, lease, or lend The Product to another parties. This applies to free version as well.
(4) Users cannot transfer The Product to other parties.
DISTRIBUTIONS:
==========
The free version may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided The Product package is not modified in any way.
(1) No person or company may distribute separate parts of The Product package without written permission of the copyright owner.
(2) The free version may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner.
(3) Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distribution.
TERMINATION:
=========
Danang Probo Sayekti may terminate this License Agreement if users fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. In such event, users have to destroy all copies of The Product and all its component parts. This applies to free version as well.
UPGRADES:
=======
If The Product is labeled as an upgrade, users must be properly licensed to use The Product identified by Danang Probo Sayekti as being eligible for the upgrade in order to use The Product. Users may use the resulting upgraded product only in accordance with the terms of this License Agreement. If The Product is an upgrade of a component of a package of software program that user licensed as a single product, The Product may be used and transferred only as part of that single product package and may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
