CONTRACT FOR END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT: Please read the End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") before installing, copying, or useing in any manner whatsoever the software (the "Software") provided by Chaumet Software. If you install, copy or use this Software you are deemed to have totally and irrevocably agreed to all conditions of this contract. If you disagree with the conditions of that contract, you are warned that it is forbidden to install, copy or use the Software and any act that you lead fulfill your responsibility.

The Software is protected in France by the Intellectual Property Code and abroad by the international conventions on copyright. You must, therefore, act views regarding software as if it were any other materials submitted to the rights of Copyright.

This software is the subject of a license, not sold. It is, and remains at all times, the absolute, unconditional and exclusive property of Chaumet Software. Nothing in this Agreement shall not affect decrease, endanger or affect negatively rights Chaumet Software as the sole and exclusive owner of the Software.

It is recalled that the violation of one of the rights of authors of software is an offence counterfeiting, and that any infringement is punishable by law.


FORBIDDEN USES

The software can be used only for the purposes described in any documentation of the Software as published and amended only by Chaumet Software.

Reverse engineering, disassembly and all other attempts to discover the source code of the Software, as well as the disclosure, distribution and publication of product keys or registration codes are illegal and constitute a violation of this Agreement.

No part of this software, including illustrative and not exhaustive, programs, algorithms, codes, text, images or sounds, can not be modified, adapted, translated, copied, stored, distributed, used or accessed in any manner whatsoever, other than described in this Agreement.


UPDATES

Any new version of the software replaces the old one and remains subject to this License Agreement, subject to amendment of the Contract.


TRANSFER

An end user license can be transferred to a third party, provided they obtain prior approval from the third party to be subject to all conditions of this Agreement.

When the transfer is made, the rights of the prior holder of the End User License Agreement shall expire and he must cease immediately all use of the Software.


DISTRIBUTION

This software may not, without the prior written consent of Chaumet Software, be resold or used in an activity for profit, including illustrative and not exhaustive, as part of a distribution that is part of a product or service.

The copies of the software for distribution must be obtained by Chaumet Software or downloaded from its website and distributed as they stood in their original format including all documents and records relating thereto which are owned intellectually by Chaumet Software .

Nothing in this Agreement shall give you the right to grant End-user licenses. This right is, and will remain at all times the property of Chaumet Software.


NO GUARANTEES

The products and services Chaumet Software is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Chaumet Software can not be held responsible for any damage that is, special, direct, indirect, incidental (including, as an indication and limitation, lost profits) arising from the use of this software or inability to use.

The publisher has no obligation to correct the bugs or other disabilities, whatever exist in the software.

A free demonstration version of the software is provided so the user can check that the Software is running on his machine before to buy it. Therefore, no refunds will be made in case of malfunction of the purchased version.


GENERAL PROVISIONS

In case litigation arise the parties undertake to find an amicable solution. Otherwise, the dispute will be the exclusive competence of French Tribunals.
