License Ageement

All copyrights to TrafficWasher are owned by Beehive Software Ltd.

TrafficWasher is a "try-before-buy" program. You can try it for
free (for a period of 7 days), but if you intend to keep
it, you must register your copy of TrafficWasher or stop using it.

One registered copy of TrafficWasher may be used by a single person who
uses the software personally on one or more computers, or it may be installed
on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by more than one person, but not both.
The registered TrafficWasher software may not be rented, leased or transferred.

TrafficWasher unregistered shareware may be freely distributed,
provided the distribution package is not modified. No person
or company may charge a fee for the distribution of TrafficWasher
without written permission from the copyright holder.

TrafficWasher is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility
for determining the suitability of TrafficWasher for your requirements.

Beehive Software Ltd. makes no warranty either expressed or implied that
all errors have been or can be eliminated from the TrafficWasher
software. Furthermore Beehive Software Ltd. shall not be responsible for
losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from the
use or misuse of TrafficWasher including without limitation, any
liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced
by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect,
bug, error or malfunction. Beehive software Ltd. shall not be liable for
any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages relating
to or arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions
taken thereunder.

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE TRAFFICWASHER
IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. BEEHIVE SOFTWARE LTD. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR
DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE
USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble,
or otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licenced program, or any subset
of the licenced program, except as provided for in this agreement. Also
You must not redistribute the registration codes provided, on paper,
electronically, or in any other form. Any such unauthorised use shall result
in immediate and automatic termination of this licence and may result in
criminal and/or civil prosecution.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Beehive Software Ltd.

The terms of this licence, as well as the TrafficWasher features and
interface design may be subject to change in future versions of
TrafficWasher.

Installing and/or using TrafficWasher signifies acceptance of these
terms and conditions of the licence.

If you do not agree with the terms of this licence you must remove
TrafficWasher files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
