If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this License, then do not copy, install, distribute or use any copy of Internet Connectivity Tester and Logger with which this License is included.
One registered copy of Internet Connectivity Tester and Logger may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
You may access the registered version of Internet Connectivity Tester and Logger through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if 8 different workstations will access Internet Connectivity Tester and Logger on the network, each workstation must have its own Internet Connectivity Tester and Logger license, regardless of whether they use Internet Connectivity Tester and Logger at different times or concurrently.
You may use the registered version of Internet Connectivity Tester and Logger as a hub to copy files from one computer connected on the network to another computer connected on the network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all computers that will be accessed by the hub.

Because of the various hardware and software environments into which Internet Connectivity Tester and Logger may be put, NO ARRANTYOFFITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

This Agreement is the complete statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the USA. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all matters relating to this Agreement shall be in courts and for a located in the USA, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
All rights of any kind in Internet Connectivity Tester and Logger which are not expressly granted in this License a reentirely and exclusively reserved to and by AutoBAUP Corp.. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on Internet Connectivity Tester and Logger. You may not make access to Internet Connectivity Tester and Logger available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use AutoBAUP Corp. in a business to provide file backup services to others.
