TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. BY USING THE ENCLOSED SOFTWARE INCLUDED WITH THIS
MANUAL, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. INSTALLING THE PROGRAM OR
USE OF THE MATERIALS ENCLOSED WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT. Do not install the software if

1. The Software enclosed is licensed, not sold, to you by Assimilate Systems for
use under the terms of this software license. This program is commercial
software and requires you to purchase a license to use it after you have
previewed the program for a limit of 30 days in the demonstration mode. After 30
days a licence must be purchased for continued full registered use. This license
allows you to use the Software only on a single computer at any one time for
each software licence purchased.
2. Restrictions. You may NOT distribute copies of registered Software to others
or electronically transfer Software from one computer to another over a network,
or via modem. But you may distribute the complete, unmodified demonstration
package via the Internet, but it may not be included in a CD-ROM collection
without authorisation from Assimilate Systems.
3. Copyright. This manual, the software described in it, the product design, and
design interface concepts are copyrighted by Assimilate Systems. Under the
copyright laws, you may not modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, resell for
profit, or produce derivative works modeled on this software or any part
thereof. The program may not be copied, reproduced, translated, transmitted or
reduced to any printed or electronic medium or to any machine-readable form, in
whole or in part, without the written consent of Assimilate Systems.
4. Limitation of Damages. Assimilate Systems makes no warranty or
representation, either expressed or implied, regarding the merchantability,
quality, functionality, performance, or fitness of the software. Assimilate
Systems reserves the right to modify and/or delete any material and/or
capabilities described herein. All the documentation contained in the manual aid
in the operation of the Software Product. This Software and manual are licensed
AS IS. It is solely the responsibility of the consumer to determine the
Software’s suitability for a particular purpose or use. Assimilate Systems
shall not be responsible for any claims or damages resulting from any errors or
omissions in this manual or from the use of the information contained herein.
Assimilate Systems reserves the right to make changes in the product design
without reservation and without notification to its users.
