PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (“LICENSE”) CAREFULLY BEFORE PRESSING THE “AGREE” BUTTON BELOW. BY PRESSING “AGREE” OR BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT (THE "SOFTWARE") YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. 1. LICENSE. This License allows the organization or individual who was provided a copy of the Software directly by Altreva with its consent (“You”) to install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer. In addition you may make one copy of the Software in machine-readable form for backup purposes only, provided that the backup copy includes all copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the original. You may not make the Software available over a network where it could be used by multiple computers. You may not modify the Software or disable any licensing or control features of the Software except as an intended part of the Software`s features. This License is not exclusive and is not transferable to any other system, or to another organization or individual.
2. OWNERSHIP. The Software is owned and copyrighted by Altreva. Your License confers no title or ownership in the Software and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the Software.
3. COPYRIGHT. You may not copy, modify or create derivative works of the Software or parts thereof. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the Software is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the Software will remain the exclusive property of Altreva and you will not acquire any rights to the Software except as expressly set forth in this License.
4. TRANSFER. You may not sell, rent, lease, lend, distribute, give or sublicense the Software or parts thereof to another organization or individual, neither stand-alone nor as a part of a another product or service.
5. TERMINATION. This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from Altreva if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License. Upon termination of this License you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all full or partial copies of the Software.
6. REVERSE ENGINEERING. You agree that you will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, translate, or disassemble the Software in whole or in part.

THE SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE AND WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.

11. TRADEMARKS. Altreva and Adaptive Modeler are trademarks of Altreva. Altreva is registered in the Netherlands (Kamer van Koophandel number: 34309443).
