License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you
(either an individual or a single entity) and Alkonost Software for the
software product identified above, which includes computer software and may
include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic
documentation (SOFTWARE PRODUCT). By installing, copying, or otherwise using
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

1. AntiDuplicate (For All Licenses)

You must not (a) defeat, or try to defeat, messages in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
which encourage users to register; (b) modify or prepare derivative works of
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; (c) or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, or
transfer the licensed SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any subset of the licensed
SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such
unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of
this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
2. AntiDuplicate Demo License (Unregistered)

You are hereby granted the right
- to make as many copies of the DEMO SOFTWARE PRODUCT as you wish;
- give exact copies (including all files) of the original DEMO SOFTWARE
PRODUCT to anyone;
- distribute the DEMO SOFTWARE PRODUCT in its unmodified form via
electronic means.
There is no charge for any of the above.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for
any such copies (a small handling fee is acceptable).
Drives created by means of AntiDuplicate Demo are not licensed for
distribution.
3. AntiDuplicate Standard License
=================================================
Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use SOFTWARE
PRODUCT on one computer at a time.
Standard Package includes the software for preparing of any number of
AntiDuplicate key drives for distribution of ONE application.
You can distribute this drives with your software without any royalties.
The registered SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be rented or leased.
4. AntiDuplicate Professional License
=================================================
Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use SOFTWARE
PRODUCT for all developers in the single organization for an area of up to
one hundred miles (160 km) in radius.
Professional Package includes the software for preparing of any number
of AntiDuplicate key drives for distribution of FIVE applications.
You can distribute this drives with your software without any royalties.
The registered SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be rented or leased.
5. AntiDuplicate Enterprise License
=================================================
Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use SOFTWARE
PRODUCT for any employee or dealer of a single organization,
regardless of location.
Enterprise Package includes the software for preparing of any number
of AntiDuplicate key drives for distribution of FIVE applications.
You can distribute this drives with your software without any royalties.
The registered SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be rented or leased.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO MAY HAVE DISTRIBUTED THE SOFTWARE AS PERMITTED ABOVE, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS), EVEN IF SUCH HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
