this contract between you - the user and ALEXANDRIA COMPUTERS, LLC - the owner of this software.
By using the Software, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the software.
By installing/using this software package, you are granted only a license to use this software, you
are not granted any rights of ownership of this software and this license does not represent a "sale"
of this software. This software is not available for sale and the sole owner and holder of all the
rights to this software remains ALEXANDRIA COMPUTERS, LLC.
This is a FREE software, not for sale, therefore, ALEXANDRIA COMPUTERS, LLC refuses to accept
any liability for this software product.
To the greatest extent permitted by applicable law, ALEXANDRIA COMPUTERS, LLC refuses to accept
liability for any special, accidental, indirect or consequential damages, resulting from the
utilization of, or inability to utilize, this software product.
Limitation and exclusion of damages.
You can recover from ALEXANDRIA COMPUTERS, LLC only direct damages up to any amount you
may have paid directly to ALEXANDRIA COMPUTERS, LLC for this software. You cannot recover any
other damages, including consequential, lost profits, special, indirect or incidental damages.
This limitation applies to
· anything related to the software, services, content (including code) on third party Internet sites, or
third party programs; and
· claims for breach of contract, breach of warranty, guarantee or condition, strict liability, negligence,
or other tort to the extent permitted by applicable law.
It also applies even if
· repair, replacement or a refund for the software does not fully compensate you for any losses; or
· Alexandria Computers, LLC knew or should have known about the possibility of the damages.
This software uses Microsoft SQL CE Database files (.sdf). Therefore, the limits and capabilities of the
database of this software equal the capabilities of the Microsoft SQL CE Database standards.
"ALEXANDRIA COMPUTERS, LLC" is not liable for any harm in business, loss of revenue or loss of data
caused by using this software. Because of the human error factor, threat of wrong database
maintenance, viruses etc., "ALEXANDRIA COMPUTERS, LLC" will not be liable, under any
circumstances, for any damages to the business that used this software. Use this software as a tool in
enhancing your business productivity, cautiously and responsibly following proper PC and database
maintenance procedures, in order to keep it accurate, functional and virus free.
Credit card processing and all other third party services.
As you acquire our software, you may receive a notification from our partner companies offering some
exclusive services that are made available to the users of our software. To the greatest extent permitted
by applicable law, ALEXANDRIA COMPUTERS, LLC refuses to accept liability for any special, accidental,
indirect or consequential damages, resulting from the utilization of, or inability to utilize these third party
services.
This is a FREE software, not for sale, therefore, ALEXANDRIA COMPUTERS, LLC will not provide FREE
support of any kind (i.e. e-mail, phone, remote assistance or any other form of support) for this product.
ALEXANDRIA COMPUTERS, LLC reserves the right to charge/bill the users for support.
"ALEXANDRIA COMPUTERS, LLC" reserves the right to refuse post-sale services, such as, but not limited
to: software updates, software upgrades or customer service and support.
Applicable Law. Florida state law governs the interpretation of this agreement and applies to claims for
breach of it, regardless of conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this
Agreement will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida
and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
By Clicking "Accept" when introduced to this EULA (End User License Agreement), you are legally
binding yourself (the user) to this legal contract.
