Licensee
Anyone using the Software outside the Netherlands (including Belgium). Users in the Netherlands are bound to the Dutch license.

Terms of use
This Software is in part freeware and in part shareware. Licensee is entitled to use the Free Part free of charge, in compliance with the terms and conditions. Licensee is entitled to try the Shareware Part free of charge during a trial period of 30 days after installation of the Software. After this period, Licensee is requiered to purchase a license for the Shareware Part.
Installation and use of the Software always implies Licensee`s acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in this license.
The Licensor reserves the right to distribute newer versions of the Software under different terms and conditions.
Copyright
This software, including documentation and/or additional materials (the "Software") is owned by the Licensor. This license does not provide Licensee with title or ownership of Product, but only a right of limited use as outlined in this license agreement.
Licensee will not attempt to create or derive any of the source code or other technology or data within the Software by disassembly, reverse engineering or any other method, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form. Licensee will not modify or translate any part of the Software.
Licensee will not sell, rent, distribute, lease or lend the Software charging a fee. Licensee may re-distribute this Software not charging a fee, or charging a fee only for the distribution itself.
Licensee will only restribute the original setup-file.
Disclaimer of warranty
Licensee expressly acknowledges and agrees that use of the software is at his own risk and that the software is provided "as is" without any warranties or conditions whatsoever. The Licensor or his suppliers do not warrant that the functions of the software will meet Licensee`s requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error free. Licensee assumes responsibility for selecting the software to achieve Licensee`s intended results, and for the use and the results obtained from the Software.
The Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties related to: non-infringement, lack of viruses, accuracy or completeness of responses or results, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
This Software is not fault tolerant and is not designed, manufactured, or intended for use or resale as online control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage.
Disclaimer of liability
In no event shall the Licensor or his suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or for any damages whatsoever (including but not limited to damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of productive time, personal injury, loss of privacy or other pecuniary or other loss whatsoever) arising out of use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Licensor`s liability hereunder exceed the amount of license fees paid by Licensee, regardless of whether Licensee`s claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability, product liability or otherwise.
Compliance with Laws
Licensee shall be solely responsible to comply, at its own expense, with local, state, national and international laws and regulations, including without limitation laws regarding data protection, security and privacy and with all governmental approvals, licenses, permits and authorizations which may be required with regards to the Licensee`s use of the Software.
Notwithstanding and without limiting any of the aforementioned, in no case shall the Licensor be held liable for any liability arising out of Licensee`s failure to comply with any such laws, regulations, approvals, licenses or authorizations.
This Software contains encryption software. The country in which you are currently may have restrictions on the import, possession, and use, and/or re-export to another country, of encryption software. Licensee assumes full responsibility to comply with the local laws, regulations and policies concerning the import, possession, or use, and re-export of encryption software.
