Fixed an obscure bug where a user was shutting down by clicking the Logout button and then the Red X to shut down. This would cause the bug report to pop up. F1 error fixed on Print Dialog. Previously, pressing F1 would cause a crash.

On certain Windows XP systems with service packs, NULL is a 24-bit number. This caused problems with PayWindow. Excel save issue. This is fixed by the report saving to Excel/XML format. Fixed bug where multiple department hours were not being picked up when calculating W/C when calculated by hours.

OleStr cannot be converted to Str. This error is fixed. This occurs on certain conditions when an Access Database NULL translates to FloatingPointNumber = NIL when converting to Floating Point Numbers. When a person uses a 64-bit computer with Excel and Excel is open, the Excel Export hangs. Fixed.

Fixed hours entry in to only allow 2 decimal points since time entry is in hours and tenths of hours. QuickBooks access violation with QB2008 is fixed. The error was caused by incorrect XML encoding. Fixes for invalid date encoding when someone enters a year as 0001 is fixed.
