Working both online and offline, Protect Premium is a rules-driven program that installs on your PC (a network gateway appliance is also available for added monitoring and protection), and examines your content no matter what state it is in or where it is going. Through a host of proprietary and specialized technologies, Protect Premium looks inside your files at rest and ranks your content`s risk level through fully administered settings. Concerns such as a string of digits similar to a social security number (x*x-xx-x*xx) will be recognized along with other regular expressions, or you may establish unique settings, specific to your account numbers, intellectual property or anything you consider confidential. You can also set up "safe recipients" or email routing to complement your workflow.
