Waztree III file manager is similar to your operating system file manager with a twist. It has two modes, Single drive path view with tabs to depict drives and and traditional view with all drives in path view. The file manager is the default starting point for all file viewing and file tools. WazTree III for Microsoft Windows® XP/VISTA® is a complete rewrite of WazTree II for Windows®. I have carried forward features that still make sense and added of modified others to provide a more robust multi-purpose tool for your PC. The primary purpose of this tool was to provide quick access to view and edit text files. It also replaces most functionality found in my old MS-DOS file manager WazTree as well as Waztree II fro windows. What is MS-DOS you say? Microsoft Disk Operating System, which was V1.0 in 1981, today in 2008 we wait for Microsoft to release Vista Service Pack1 !$#@.
Over the years I continue to add small changes or tools that are handy to have wrapped into a file manager, at least for me.
It is beta, enjoy or trash it. If you enjoy, consider donating, which includes ideas and suggestions.
