Distribution permissions for EDWinXP
SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT FOR EDWinXP evaluation hereinafter referred as SHAREWARE VERSION This Software Distribution Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "AGREEMENT") is a legal AGREEMENT between you, and Norlinvest Limited Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "AUTHOR") for distributing the computer software program entitled EDWinXP Shareware Version (hereinafter referred to as "SOFTWARE"). This AGREEMENT describes the terms and conditions by which AUTHOR will license other parties to distribute the SOFTWARE which is intended solely for distribution as SHAREWARE.

DISTRIBUTION. You may copy and/or distribute the SOFTWARE through internet, only in its original, unaltered form, with all files included unmodified, and without making any additions, modifications or deletions. For distributing the product in any media like CDs, DVD or Memory or similar Drives, contact the AUTHOR and get necessary permission. You may not distribute any registration code information. The SOFTWARE can only be distributed unchanged and in its entirety as received from Visionics website i.e. you must distribute the install form of the software not the files resulting from an installation. You are not allowed to sell the SOFTWARE .Permission to distribute the SOFTWARE is not transferable, assignable, saleable, or franchisable. Each entity wishing to distribute the SOFTWARE must independently satisfy the terms of the "software distribution agreement". You agree that the SOFTWARE will not be shipped, transferred or exported into any country or used in any manner prohibited by the Swedish and International export laws, restrictions or regulations.
