The agreement below says that you own the rights to distribute this demo copy and that Unicorn Tech.
isnt responsible if this copy causes any harm or if someone uses this copy of Dataock Demo Version
in a way that was not intended.
We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site.
All amended terms shall automatically be effective immediately as posted on our site.
WORLDWIDE DATALOCK DEMO COPY DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
PARTIES: Unicorn Tech. will be referred to as the `Company` and the selling/distributing party or website will be
referred to as `The Agent`.
LICENSE: Unicorn Tech. grants a nonexclusive worldwide license to promote, display, and distribute the Demo Copy
of DataLock through www.unicorntech.net and affiliated websites by any and all electronic means and/or via any
other distribution methods.
RIGHTS: Unicorn Tech. retains all other rights to DataLock including full souce code control over DataLock and
ownership of the copyright. Unicorn Tech. retains the right to publish, license, market, promote, display, sell,
transmit, and distribute DataLock through any additional methods or websites by any and all electronic means
and/or via any other distribution methods.
WARRANTIES: Unicorn Tech. warrants to Agents that Unicorn Tech. is the sole owner and/or authorized agent of
DataLcok and all related intellectual property and that Unicorn Tech. has full power to make this agreement.
Unicorn Tech. guarantees that neither DataLock or any rights or licenses granted by this Agreement will
(i) violate any contract by which Owner is bound or any applicable law or regulation or
(ii) violate or misappropriate any copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES: Unicorn Tech. and Agent are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement
will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship
between the parties.
GENERAL: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Indian Government without regard to conflicts of
law provisions.
