TM PhotoPrter is produced by ToolMedias Multimedia Software Studio, it is a shareware. This means:
1,All copyrights to TM PhotoPrter are exclusively owned by the author (TM Multimedia Software Studio).
2,Anyone may use this software of unregistered version for about 20 times, Following this test period of 20 times or less, if you wish to continue to use TM PhotoPrter, you MUST register, once you purchase it, you can update it or get email support from ToolMedias Multimedia Software Studio without another payment.
3,Once purchase a copy, the user will get a serial number for this software, you can not rent, lease, sell, serial number. One copy of this serial number is only for one computer.
4, The TM PhotoPrter unregistered version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of TM PhotoPrter without written permission from the copyright holder(ToolMedias Multimedia Software Studio).
5, You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile or reverse engineer for this software, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, Any such unauthorised use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by the copyright holder(ToolMedias Multimedia Software Studio ).
6, Installing and using TM PhotoPrter signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove TM PhotoPrter files from your storage devices.
