- Members of Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP) and other shareware/freeware associations.
- Other bona fide shareware & freeware distributors and directories including FTP and WWW sites, user groups, CD-ROM publishers, file-distribution networks etc.
- Any such distributors and directories additionaly should ensure that they list the software in appropriate categories like Business and Software Tools and not under x-rated content, malware, spyware or viruses.
Additional License Terms for Freeware Version.
FREEWARE VERSION. These additional terms apply to the freeware version of the SOFTWARE. This version of the SOFTWARE is freeware and not "public domain" software etc. Users are granted a license to use the freeware version only under the terms and conditions specified in this entire agreement.
LIMITED USE. To access or change the contents of the freeware version of the SOFTWARE, you must register in accordance with the terms in the SOFTWARE`s documentation, or you must remove the SOFTWARE from your computer. The terms of the entire License Agreement for the registered version apply to registered copies of the SOFTWARE.
The SOFTWARE and related files must only be distributed as a single archive file including the licenses.
BUNDLING. In no case may the SOFTWARE be bundled with hardware or other non-shareware software without prior written permission from ThinkCore Technologies Private Limited.
