By using any compiled shareware programs (the Software) obtained from Test1Software.com, you agree to this Shareware License Agreement. If you don`t agree to all statements in the Agreement, please do NOT use the Software.

This License Agreement ("The Agreement") is made effective upon obtaining of any of the software products made available from Test1Software.com ("The Publisher"), hereafter denoted "The Software", by the user of the said software ("The User"). 1. LICENSE

The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed and NOT sold. This Agreement grants you the right to install and use the Software on your computers.

You may evaluate the Software for as long as you like. This software is crippled and will not preform to full specifications without buying the retail version.

2. NO WARRANTIES

The Publisher shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages and losses, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory, arising out of any use or misuse of the Software or any sequential damages including but not limited to the distribution of the files created by the Software.
